RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We understand online shopping can get confusing in terms of size charts and colour. With that in mind, we happily accept return and exchange within 100 days from when you’ve received your order:

- Returned items must have tags intact and be returned in its original packaging

- Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear

- The purchaser will return the item at their own cost, we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

- Free gift or anything complimentary that came with the purchase has to be sent back for all returns only when requested.

- Any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount of your purchase.

- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns.

-For exchanges shipping fees paid are not refundable.

Carpenter’s Son reserves the rights to reject a refund or exchange request for returned item(s) that does not comply with above terms. Please note we only grant exchanges only once!

Forrefunds, shipping fees paid are not refundable. Refunds are only provided after products are received and processed at our warehouse.

Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them
  • Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you've purchased via Online Banking method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:

Do email athello@carpenterssonco.com us within 24 hours. Anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
